Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece. If something doesn't work in your space, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please contact us at hello@theperch.co with your order number and photos of the item.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we'll arrange a pickup at your home. You don't need to ship anything yourself. A flat $99 return fee applies to cover collection and logistics.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the item being collected and will be returned to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in fulfilment and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
