2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our website accurate, but stock levels can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
Product images are representative. Because every piece is handcrafted from solid wood, natural variations in grain, colour, and texture are expected. These variations are a feature of the material, not a defect.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include no sales tax unless required by applicable state law. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing is confirmed at the point of checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping to the continental United States. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours to hello@theperch.co.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. A $99 return fee applies. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in fulfilment and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact us at hello@theperch.co as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Perch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
