Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping cost
Free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in New Jersey and California. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@theperch.co.
Delivery instructions
All orders are delivered to your doorstep via parcel carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as furniture items may be heavy. If you live in an apartment building, please provide any access instructions at checkout.
Damaged deliveries
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item has arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@theperch.co with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
